This wedding day was nothing short of a dream! We are swooning over the gorgeous details, and the way this couple loves each other! The day started with the lovely ladies getting ready at El Encanto, and the guys getting ready at a private estate in Hope Ranch overlooking the ocean. It was a beautiful morning full of excitement and joy, and everyone was relaxed and at peace (which is a rare thing during the getting ready time, and we loved every moment)!  This couple is organized beyond belief, and their wedding day came together so beautifully and all of their planning paid off, and their fabulous coordinator Vienna made the day perfect!  The bride’s stunning Casa Blanca dress from Lili Bridals is one of the prettiest dresses we’ve ever photographed! The way the soft tulle flows in the wind and catches the light is simply magic!! And the beautiful chiffon blush bridesmaid gowns were soft and romantic, with absolutely stunning bouquets from Tangled Lotus, and when paired with rose boutonnieres and JCrew navy tuxes, it was a classy and timeless dream!

Dave and Christine are adventurous and head over heels in love with each other! During their first look Christine started to cry before Dave even turned around! Luckily Jess had Qtips in her bag (this is why having an emergency kit is so important) so she carefully blotted Christine’s tears and kept her looking flawless.  Oh how we love first look relations! When Dave turned around and saw his bride they both had perfect and beautiful smiles on their face, and then we watched as Dave spoke so sweet and softly to her as he reminded her of how incredible this day will be and how everything will be a dream! They reminded us why we absolutely love the first look! It is always one of our favorite times of the day to photograph and experience, because it’s a moment where you get to actually see your almost-spouse and say….”hi” and take a deep breath, pray, laugh, cry, and just be together! It’s the only time on the wedding day you get to be just the two of you, and it’s the perfect time to just breathe. Their first look was such a beautiful moment, and we are so excited for you to see their reaction!

Their ceremony took place at Godric Grove at Elings Park on a green grassy field under the shade of an oak tree and on a gorgeous sunny day. The ceremony was filled with laugher, happy tears and the such wonderful words spoken about their love. Cocktail hour was a great time with their signature cocktails: a Manhattan and a Moscow Mule, as well as a Photo Booth, bocce ball and corn hole, all while Omni Catering served delicious appetizers (the coconut shrimp is the best)! Then we walked over to the reception to find the prettiest light on a patio beneath oak trees and overlooking Santa Barbara. So dreamy! Guests celebrated and danced as the sun set over the mountains and the light danced on the white wildflowers just steps away from the dance floor! It was one of the most magical and sunshine filled weddings we have ever seen and we are absolutely thrilled to share it with you!
