When Bryce first saw Olivia he said he got “tunnel vision, like real tunnel vision” it hadn’t ever happened to him before until he saw her. He couldn’t stop thinking about her from the second he met her. He was actually in the middle of a big case with his dad, and as soon as he won the case his dad asked him what he was going to do next, and he said there was a girl he couldn’t stop thinking about. So he went to wine her over. He walked into her work and strategically left his phone in his car. The first time they met they talked for a while and completely hit it off, so he knew if this was going to work out and he left his phone in his car, he could give her his number and if she texted him he knew he was in. And sure enough, they flirted and joked and he gave her his number and there was a text waiting for him.
Their first date was at a bar called Ashley’s and they ordered pumpkin beers at 7:00pm…and all of the sudden it was like they blinked and it was midnight. They had talked for hours and hours and completely lost track of time. They knew this was something special. After that night, they hung out non stop, but soon after they started dating Olivia left for Europe. When they said goodbye they immediately started to miss each other. They had never missed someone like that before, and it almost felt like a part of them was missing. While she was on the trip they both knew the love they had was real as they realized they didn’t want to live life apart from each other. It was a blessing in disguise and a great way for them to quickly realize where they stood, and when she got back they merged every part of their lives together and became best friends. Bryce said “from that movement on whenever I knew I would get to see her it felt like Christmas morning as a ten year old!” And Olivia felt that meeting him made her believe there is purpose in this universe.
Bryce & Olivia’s wedding day was a classy, timeless and elegant dream! They picked the perfect venue in Chicago, The Peninsula, and their friends and family celebrated their love with a ceremony and reception overlooking downtown Chicago. There was rain in the forecast, but the storm held off for just enough time to get all their portraits outside on the patio! It was such a wonderful day, and we are so excited to share a few of our favorites from their wedding day!
