“I knew I liked you from the first date, but daily you continually show me why I have fallen in love with you. Thank you for making me feel like I am the only girl in the room no matter where we are.” The beautiful bride Chrissy wrote these words to her groom when asked why she loves him, and we are inspired by the way they love each other. They have the kind of love that seems like they’ve been together for decades. It’s a classy slow dance in the middle of the kitchen kind of love. As you watch the way they interact with each other, you can tell they have beautiful relationship of love and respect, as well as playfulness and fun! Their first date was over coffee (Brian got hot chocolate) and they spent hours talking and getting to know each other, and they stayed until closing. And little did they know this would not be the last time they lost track of time with each other, and stayed somewhere till closing.

They are timeless and classy through and through. One of our favorite things is when the couple makes the wedding day their own with simple little touches! They had a perfectly curated color palette of neutrals, a ceremony under an oak tree nestled on a golf course, a big and beautiful bridal party, and a classic get away car! But our favorite little touches were things like the veil she wore was the same veil her mother wore for her wedding, and it was handmade by her grandmother. You know your style is timeless when the same veil can be used in a wedding over 30 years later! And the bride’s mom used to own a bridal salon and did all of the alterations to the dress herself! And can we just talk about her gorgeous ring for a second? Wowza! She told him she wanted something different from every other ring she had seen, and he clearly went above and beyod and created such beautiful heirloom! And he wanted a mixed metal ring, so they had one designed for him that has an incredible pattern of gold and silver. It’s a beautifully unique ring set and we loved photographing it.

Chrissy is sweet, has a bubbly personality, and her smile can light up the entire room!  She loves all things cheesy and Hallmark, and Brian is her better-than-Hallmark real life love! Brian is thoughtful and sentimental, and he spent 6 months working on Chrissy’s birthday present. He secretly created a website for her that started with the day they met all the way through current day, with images and blog posts about their journey together! And let us tell you, when we read it, we smiled, laughed and cried our eyes out! What an incredible birthday present, and what an incredible man, Chrissy you’re a lucky one indeed! My goodness these two are incredible, and we love the way Brian makes he feel safe and like she’s the only woman in the room. They have the kind of love that is better than movies, and a relationship that inspires Hallmark cards!
